GENERAL FEATURES OF CUP-LOCKISKELE SYSTEM:

What is Cup-Lock Scaffolding? Cup-Lock Scaffolding System is also called as "Cup Scaffolding System". Although it is generally used as a load scaffolding, it can also be used as a facade scaffold if suitable conditions are provided. It is a system that is very functional in terms of ease of measurement of its materials, and has a high load carrying capacity thanks to its safe connections.

Cup-Lock Scaffolding: Consists of Lower Adjustment Shaft, Vertical Element, Intermediate Nipple, Horizontal Element and Upper Adjustment Shaft. (Headings can be in the form of 4-Way Header or U Header.)

It can be used in many working environments such as reinforced concrete systems, circular volume systems, industrial buildings, engineering structures (bridges, culverts, etc.). The distances between the elements are very close. Since a rigid system is created with strong connections, it is one of the most preferred load scaffolding systems in heavy and high systems.

Cup-Lock Pier ; It is a system that is practical in the installation-disassembly stages, has the same logic of combining materials with each other, has continuity with its production in standard sizes, is resistant to deformation in construction site environments and is safe.

Connection at Cup-Lock Pier; It is formed by firmly placing and compressing the "Almond" parts on the forged head ends of the horizontal elements into the "Cup" parts located at certain intervals on the vertical elements.

Cup-Lock Scaffolding Materials are produced as OĞUZHAN® brand in accordance with TSE EN ISO 3834-2 Quality Conditions Standard for Melting Welding of Metallic Materials.

The pipes used in the production of Cup-Lock Scaffolding are manufactured from pipes that have undergone mechanical and chemical tests and comply with TSE EN 10219-2 Structural Steel Pipe Standard.
