GENERAL FEATURES OF ITALY TYPE SAFETY H SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM:

The Italy Type Safety H Scaffolding System is a framed scaffolding system. It can be used in all kinds of facade operations such as masonry, plaster, assembly, paint, insulation, facade cladding, sheathing etc. during the construction process. It is one of the most preferred scaffolding systems in the European region countries.

In the Italian Type Safe H Scaffolding System, the main carrier elements are in the form of a frame, the horizontal and cross elements consist of pipes with both ends crushed and perforated. In the scaffolding system, the connection is made with the help of pin locks.

There are 6 pin lock systems in total on vertical frames. Pin locks are positioned in 3 rows facing each other in the parts where the horizontal and cross members will be connected. These pin lock systems must be welded securely and securely to the vertical frame. According to the demand, the Italian system can be created with another type of connection, the pipe connection.

Italian Type Safety H Scaffolding System is easy and practical to install, there is no need for difficulty (using a hammer). Labor is saved.

Italian Type Scaffolding Materials are produced under the brand name of OĞUZHAN® in accordance with TS EN 12810 Standard for Facade Scaffolds Consisting of Pre-built Components and TSE EN ISO 3834-2 Quality Requirements for Melting Welding of Metallic Materials.

The pipes used in the production of Italian Type Scaffolding are manufactured from pipes that have undergone mechanical and chemical tests and comply with TSE EN 10219-2 Structural Steel Pipe Standard. The elements used in common with the H Type scaffold were subjected to Durability, Loading, Deflection and Sphere Throwing tests according to TSE Standards.

Italian Type Safety H Scaffolding System: It consists of Lower Adjustment Shaft, Initial Horizontal, Vertical Frame, Horizontal Element, Cross Member, Inner Cross Member Walking Platform (Sheet Plank), Heel (Shock Board), Platform with Ladder, Side Railing, Overhang Console and Accessories.

In the Italian Type Secure H Scaffolding System; Lower adjustment shafts are manufactured from pipes conforming to TSE EN 10219-2 Structural Steel Pipe Standard in sections of 38.0/4.0mm, Vertical frames 48mm, Horizontal members 27mm or 34mm, Cross members 27mm and 34mm.

Horizontal bar and sheet metal planks, which are in the same dimensions as the standard H Type Scaffolding materials, have been subjected to Durability, Loading and Deflection tests according to TSE 12810-2 and TSE 12811-1 Standards. Platforms were tested by throwing a 100 kg Sphere from a height of 2.50 m.

Vertical Frame ; They are the main carrier elements. The body part is made of 48mm pipes, the middle support section is 27mm, and the end pipe section is made of 38mm pipes. The support part, which is welded in the middle of the frame, increases the strength of the system. Standard frames are 2.00 m long and 105 cm wide. Connection parts are provided with 6 pin locks welded in 3 rows on the inside. For Italy Scaffolding Systems, both as a pin lock system and a pipe system; It can be produced in different types as 2.00mt H Full Frame, 1.00mt H Half-frame, 2.50mt H Large frame and 0.37mt H Small frame.

Horizontal Element: It acts as a railing by combining vertical frames. It is manufactured from 27mm or 34,0mm steel pipes. In order for them to make connections on the scaffolding system, both ends are crushed and holes are drilled in the size for the pins to pass through. Their length is 1,80 meters as standard. They can also be manufactured as 2.50mt, 2.00mt, 1.80mt, and 1.50mt in accordance with the conditions.

Balustrade Horizontal: It is the horizontal system of 2 horizontal elements, such as lattice beams, by welding in the middle and increasing their strength. They are manufactured from 27mm or 34mm pipes. In order for them to connect, both ends are crushed and holes are drilled in the size for the pins to pass through. Their length is 1,80 meters. It can also be produced in different sizes.

Cross Element ; They ensure the security of the system against external forces. It is manufactured from 27mm or 34mm steel pipes. In order for them to make connections on the scaffolding system, both ends are crushed and holes are drilled in the size for the pins to pass through. Their height should be in accordance with the standard area of 200 cm vertically and 180 cm horizontally. If necessary, they can be produced in special sizes.

Internal Cross Member ; It is used to support as a cross member between 2 vertical frames at the bottom of the walking platforms. It is manufactured from 27mm or 34mm pipe. For the connection, the 2 ends are crushed, bent at the required angles and holes are drilled so that the pins can pass. Their length should be in accordance with the 180 cm long standard area horizontally. If necessary, they can be produced in special sizes.

Platform : They create work areas on the scaffold. They consist of 1.50mm Sheet Platform and Head parts. After the rolled sheet is shaped with a Rollform Machine, it is joined with the head parts by means of gas metal arc welding. Finally, it is taken to the galvanization process. As standard, the Italian type can measure 1.80 meters in length and in the range of 25-35 cm in width.

Ladder Platform: They are used on the scaffolding to pass between floors. There are parts made of sheet metal such as the head, hooks, ladder part and walking platform on its frame made of profile iron. In the Italian type, their length is adjusted to 1,80 meters in standard sizes. They can be produced according to different working sizes.

Heels: Also called heels. They are the elements used to prevent the material from falling over the scaffolding platforms. It is formed by forming 1.5mm galvanized coil sheets with a rollform machine. Their height is at least 15 cm, their length is standard 1.80m. It's in size. They can also be produced in special sizes. It is suitable for use on any platform.

Side Rail: It is used for safety against the danger of falling on the outer parts of the vertical frames. It consists of 27mm pipe and 4 hooks. 2 of the hooks are fixed and 2 of them are movable heads. The frame is adjusted and placed according to the intermediate part. The kick plate can also be added and used with the railing system.

Clamped Reinforcement Feet: These are vertical elements used to ensure safety in the work area and to place horizontal railings on the outward facing parts. 48mm pipes are produced. It has 1 clamp for fixing and pin lock systems for connection. It can be produced in lengths of 2.00mt and 1.00mt.

Cantilever elements: They create additional working areas to optimize working conditions on the scaffold. They are manufactured from 48mm pipe, 27mm pipe, 38mm end pipe and Connection clamps. They are used by connecting to the scaffolding system from the clamp parts. Used according to working conditions in Italian type H scaffolding system; It is possible to manufacture many different types of consoles such as Normal system projection consoles in 0.30mt and 1.00mt sizes, Frame system in the form of Console and I Console with Clamps.

Stone Protection Console: It is the element that creates a shield by placing planks on it against the possibility of heavy materials falling while working on the scaffolding system. It consists of 48mm pipe, 27mm pipe and clamps at the ends. It is fixed to vertical frames with its clamps at the ends, and it is used by placing 6 sheet metal platforms between the inclined pipes of the two stone protection consoles.

Horizontal Beam and Connection Elements: It is the element used as a beam (bridge) between vertical elements for passing long spans on the scaffolding system. It consists of 48mm pipe, 27mm pipe and 38mm end pipes in the middle. It is used by adding 1.00 mt interconnection element to the end pipes located in the middle of the two horizontal beams. After the intermediate connection is placed, the vertical frame, sheet metal platform and horizontal elements can be placed on the horizontal beam.

Wall fasteners are used to fix the scaffolding system and provide stability. They provide security between the wall and the scaffold, thanks to their mechanisms consisting of 48.3/3.00mm pipe, hook and rod parts.

Stacking Palette: It is used to stack vertical frames in a regular manner. It consists of intermediate connections made of profile iron, stacking folds made of sheet metal, crane handle and forklift entry legs for transportation. It reduces the possibility of deformation during transportation of scaffolding materials. It can be used easily with crane or forklift.

Among the materials used in the scaffolding system, accessories are materials that increase safety and ease the workflow. Connection pipe, Clamp systems, Intermediate cover grates etc. can be cited as examples.
